Our love story began with a simple Facebook message.

We were both returned missionaries and active members of the same church, and though we lived far apart, something clicked. What started as friendly chats soon became heartfelt conversations that spanned hours, deepened by our shared faith and values.

At that time, John was focused on his studies, juggling school life and responsibilities, while Jean was diving into her career, building dreams one step at a time. Life was full, but so was our commitment to each other. Despite the long distance, we found time to grow closer, spiritually and emotionally.

After months of calls, prayers, and visits, we finally traveled together to Manila for Jean’s eye check-up, just another ordinary moment in our journey… or so Jean thought.
There, in the middle of that trip, John got down on one knee and asked the most important question of all. And without hesitation, Jean said YES! 💍

We’re now on the path to being sealed for time and all eternity in the temple,grateful for the journey that brought us here and the future we’re about to build together.
